Immediately to your right is your new office space. Working from home is a real thing now and with this amazing space, it isn’t so bad! Need a space for those holiday dinners? No worries! Conveniently located right off the kitchen is your new dining room with a gorgeous chandelier. Thanksgiving is officially at your place this year! Also conveniently located on the first floor is your huge laundry room/mudroom with sink, cabinet space, and side exterior access! Ready to go pick out bedrooms? Let’s head upstairs and check out the master first! On your way there, don’t forget to look down at that beautiful new carpet! The perfectly sized master bedroom showcases approximately 250 square feet, large walk-in closet, and a master bathroom fit for the masters of this home! The master ensuite has recently been renovated with an absolutely stunning walk-in tile shower that has multiple shower heads! Seamless glass and a rain shower head really set this space apart. Bedrooms two, three, and four are huge and offer the privacy and comfort everyone deserves. All share a full bathroom with a dual vanity. Wishing this had just one more room for a game room, pool table, arts and crafts space, or toy room? Well, head on up to the third floor and check it out! Those beautiful fans and stunning wood ceiling give that “farmhouse” feel to this space. Both heated and cooled, you really get the most you can out of this space! Now that we are done inside, head on out back to your deck and fenced-in backyard. With an extra patio for grilling and plenty of extra room for those corn hole tournaments, weekend football parties just got a whole lot easier! Ready for the icing on the cake? The roof is only three months old and the upstairs HVAC is only 1 year old! Yall, why are you still reading this?! Go see it today!
